the room was spacious and clean. gated access. i appreciated the availability of cutlery and plates and microwaves. housekeeping staff were so lovely and helpful.
The shower temperature changed suddenly. It was hard to adjust.

self-service check-in was seamless and easy to follow. detailed instructions were provided, and i had no issues getting into my room. the availability of a communal kitchen downstairs was also very convenient.
